Our Story

The idea grew from real conversations. While working as a rideshare driver, one of our founders regularly heard people share their frustrations with medical transportation, late pickups, long waits, missed appointments, and poor communication. Those experiences made us realize there was an opportunity to do better.

We believe transportation is about more than getting someone from one place to another. It’s about respecting people’s time, listening to their needs, communicating clearly, and making every passenger feel comfortable and cared for.
